Scope of this notice

This notice describes the CloseSmoothly marketing website and its product previews. It does not describe a live customer workspace or establish the data-processing terms for a future service. Those details must be provided before account registration or a paid service begins.

Product previews

Sample replies, selected customers, workflow simulations and completed follow-ups are held in the current page’s temporary memory. Reloading or leaving the page resets them. The website does not send these interactions to a messaging platform or AI service.

Demo requests

The form asks for your name, work email, company, team size, use case and optional message. If live submission is enabled, those details are sent to the configured receiving service so the request can be reviewed. A successful submission confirms delivery of the request, not an appointment.

If live submission is not configured, the page says so and lets you download a request file on your own device. Preparing that file does not send its contents to CloseSmoothly. Do not include passwords, customer records or sensitive information in the message.

Technical data and cookies

The site includes no advertising tracker or marketing analytics script. Fonts are served locally. Your browser and the hosting infrastructure still process the technical information needed to request and deliver a page, and the host may maintain standard access logs.

Current interactive preferences are not saved to local storage. The cookie policy explains this behavior. Any later addition of analytics or account services requires an updated notice.

Questions and changes

Use the contact page for the currently available contact method. If request submission is unavailable, the website does not imply that a message has been received. Review this notice before using new services; the visible update date identifies the current website version.
